Rental Terms

Rental availability
Rental equipment is subject to availability and written approval. Rentals may include a lighting control package, boutique uplight packages, or related production equipment.
Control package dry rental
Dry rental of the control package is billed at $900 per week with a one-week minimum. Single-day dry rentals are not offered. Any dry rental shorter than one week is billed at the one-week minimum.
Gear with labor
When the control package is provided with Riley Soriano lighting control labor, the package rate may be billed at $200 per day, subject to written confirmation with the production.
Care and responsibility
The renter is responsible for equipment from pickup, delivery, or handoff until return and check-in. Lost, stolen, damaged, or missing equipment may be billed at repair or replacement cost.
Insurance
Productions may be asked to provide a certificate of insurance, proof of rental coverage, or other documentation before equipment is released.
Return condition
Equipment must be returned on time, complete, clean, and in the same working condition received, aside from normal wear from approved use.
