Refund and Cancellation Policy

Made-to-order prints

Prints are made to order in limited quantities. Because each print is produced for the specific order, print sales are generally final once production has started.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a print arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, contact riley@rileysoriano.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the issue.

Print timing

Please allow 3-5 weeks for printing and delivery. Timelines may vary due to lab production, shipping delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Service cancellations

Production service cancellations, postponements, and kit fees are handled according to the written quote, booking agreement, call sheet, or other confirmed terms for that project.

Rental cancellations

Rental cancellations may be subject to fees once equipment has been reserved, packed, delivered, or made unavailable to other productions. Specific terms should be confirmed in writing before rental.
